La educación artística y visual en la escuela: antecedentes y revisión de su evolución para una reflexión del estado actual

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo trata la evolución que ha sufrido la enseñanza con respecto a la Edcuación Artística a lo largo de los últimos tiempos y la importancia que le ha otorgado la comunidad educativa. Teniendo en cuenta en terminos generales el ámbito cultural, el alumnado y el profesorado y las limitaciones económicas y sociales que puedan dificultar su labor. En particular destacamos distintos factorescomo la diversidad en las aulas, la disposición de recursos TIC, la edad de alumnos/as y maestros/as, la metodología empleada, los temarios y materiales a disposición del docente…,etc. El análisis de todo ello nos ayudará a reflexionar sobre la evolución de la Educación Artística y la importancia creciente de la misma.

This work, refers to the evolution suffered by the Art Education discipline during this last years, and the importance given to it by the educational community. Taking into account, broadly speaking, the cultural background, the pupils and teachers and the economic and social barriers which could affect their work. Particularly, we highlight different factors as diversity in the classroom, the disposition of “TIC” resources, the age of both, pupils and teachers, the methodology, the programme and materials accessible to the teachers, etc. Drilling down these factors will help to glimpse the future evolution in Art Education and the mounting importance of this very same one.
