The aim of this work is to design a marketing plan for the company dedicated to the
restoration, specializing in Japanese food (morenamely sushi), called Miss Sushi, S.L.,
located at the national levelSpanish.
The marketing plan is an essential tool for a company in both its commissioning and
throughout it life as it provides organizational benefitsamong other things. The work is
structured based on the needs ofinformation for carrying out the plan, as we can see in
the index.
Miss Sushi specializes in sushi with affordable prices and adapted to the current
economic situation, which is characterized by changes inconsumption habits as a result
of the decline in purchasing power as a resultof the economic crisis; but it is not the
only change that characterizes the newconsumer. Another important aspect is the
concern for the health and welfare the new consumer of this century has. Therefore,
the company combines these two aspectsimportant to the consumer and the result is
Miss Sushi.
Throughout the marketing plan we have made an internal and external analysis tostudy
the current situation of the factors of the company and its environment; on the
otherhand, competition in the same sector and also therestoration sector and
consumers are analyzed. All of that in order to reach proposals andrecommendations
to meet its stated objectives.
Finally, we have set a budget and a time axis for achieving the actions established, all
in order to strengthen the position of the company. [-]
