dc.description.abstractCosmetics and perfume industry is a continuously growing sector, therefore it is interesting to analyze and delve into it. Yves Rocher business plan, which is presented below, gathers an analysis of the various external factors that may affect the company, in addition to showing what the company is like internally and then draw conclusions on its strengths and weaknesses, as well as the threats and opportunities. In the several plans presented, a proposal is made to the company in the marketing plan in order to sell a new product, once the sector has been analyzed, segmentation performed and targets defined. In the operations plan, an analysis of the value chain for the proposed new product is made. Besides that, in the human resources plan, staff recruitment and the different structures of the company are observed. Once all this is finalized, the financial plan comes into play, which is where we can see whether the project is viable.ca_CA
