This Marketing Plan focuses on the company PineApple Technologies, a company with experience in the sector of the sale and installation of CRM and ERP system that is in constant development.
PineApple Technologies was born in the year 2011 as a small company in Valencia. It was a small company which performed web pages to other companies with a clear framework as are offering a product and service excellent, a personal treatment and competitive prices.
The changes experienced by the company during its 5 years in the sector, have not done that you lose the essence and the basic principles of its inception. In short, the intention is to continue to grow within the sector in order to reach more easily and better to the largest number of potential consumers of the market.
In this marketing plan, deepening in the company to know from within, making an internal analysis of the company, noting the objectives, strategies, resources and capabilities and their resources of the current marketing. Analyze, in addition, the most relevant aspects of the environment and of the sector as well as of the main competitors.
With all this, it carry out a proposal of objectives, strategies and actions to be developed in order to achieve greater profitability and an improvement in general of the company, getting the largest number of potential customers, achieve greater visibility of the business and increase the annual profits of the Organization.
