Atención enfermera en heridas por asta de toro y prevención de posibles complicaciones

Abstract

En nuestra geografía, los festejos taurinos en el periodo veraniego son frecuentes y diversos, y las heridas por asta de toro habituales. Estas presentan unas características comunes y son: grandes destrozos musculares y tisulares, varios trayectos de lesión, cuerpos extraños, discordancia entre las lesiones aparentes y las lesiones existentes, inoculación de gérmenes aerobios, anaerobios y posibilidad de trasmitir tétanos. Objetivos: Identificar las complicaciones por heridas de asta de toro más comunes y peligrosas para la integridad del paciente y explorar la mejor manera de prevenirlas o disminuir sus exacerbaciones. Metodología: Revisión bibliográfica sobre las posibles complicaciones en las heridas por asta de toro, y la mejor manera de prevenirlas. Esto se realiza haciendo un análisis crítico de la literatura. La búsqueda bibliográfica empieza en enero de 2016, buscando en las bases de datos: PubMed, Cochrane, Lilacs, Cinnal, Cuiden, Scielo, Dialnet, Elsevier, Medigraphic y Sociedad española de medicina de urgencias y emergencias. Resultados y discusión: Tras el análisis de los estudios, y la lectura crítica se seleccionan cuarenta estudios (n=40). De estos, se analizarán las variables de las heridas por asta de toro como actuaciones sanitarias, características de las lesiones, tratamiento, complicaciones y pruebas diagnósticas. Conclusiones: Se recomienda que los sanitarios de festejos taurinos estén adiestrados en este tipo de actuaciones. Puesto que no se haya un documento oficial de actuación enfermera en los festejos taurinos de cada C.A, se recomienda la realización y aprobación de un protocolo de actuación.

Introduction: In our geography, the bullfighting parties at summer are frequently and diverse, and the bull horn wounds are habituals. These have a few common characteristics and are: big muscular and tissue destructions, several distances of injury, foreign bodies, disagreement between the apparent injuries and the existing injuries, inoculation of aerobic and anaerobic germ and possibility to trasmit tetanus. Objective: Identify the commoner and more dangerous complications of the bull horn wounds for the integrity of the patient and explore the best way of anticipating or diminishing his exasperations. Methodology: Bibliographical review on the possible complications in the bull horn wounds, and the best way to anticipate them. This is realized doing a critical analysis of the literature. The bibliographical search begins in January of 2016, searching in the databases: PubMed, Cochrane, Lilacs, Cinnal, Cuiden, Scielo, Dialnet, Elsevier, Medigraphic and Spanish Society of medicine of urgencies and emergencies. Results and discussion: After the analysis of the studies, and the critical reading forty studies are selected (n=40). Of these, will be analyzed the variabilities of bull horn wound as sanitary actions, typical injuries, treatment, complications and diagnostic tests. Conclusion: There is recommended that the sanitary of bullfighting celebrations should be trained in this type of actions. There isn’t an official document of action nurse in the bullfighting celebration of every A.C., for these reason is recommended the accomplishment and approval of a protocol of action.
