Consumo de drogas (modalidades de tratamiento)

Abstract

El principal objetivo de este trabajo, Modalidades de Tratamiento en el Consumo de Drogas, es plasmar los diferentes tipos de tratamientos que son más utilizados para ayudar a las personas a su deshabituación. Pero se tiene que tener en cuenta que no todas las personas quieren someterse a los tratamientos y no se puede obligar a ello. Así pues, muchos de los tratamientos cuentan con la ayuda de los familiares como elemento de motivación para el paciente. Es de vital importancia antes de concretar un tratamiento, saber las circunstancias que le rodean para que sea totalmente efectivo. Pues si se le impone un tratamiento sin conocer las sustancias que consume o sin saber los factores que incidieron en el consumo, el tratamiento no dará los resultados esperados. Por otro lado, los tratamientos tienen como objetivo (además de la desintoxicación) prevenir las recaídas y evitar los factores de riesgo. Y por eso mismo realizan actividades/talleres orientadas a la información y educación, tanto de la familia como del paciente, en la que se puede aplicar antes del consumo (para prevenir que empiece a consumir) y después (para evitar que recaiga). Hay una gran diversidad de tratamientos que son efectivos para la desintoxicación de drogas: tratamientos residenciales, de intervención mínima, tratamientos ambulatorios, entre otros. Todos ellos dirigidos a la rehabilitación del paciente.

The main objective of this work, Modalities of Treatment in Consumo de Drogas, is to shape the different types from treatments that more are used to help to the people their deshabituación. But it must consider that all the people do not want to be put under the treatments and it cannot be forced. Therefore, many of the treatments count on the aid of the relatives like element of motivation for the patient. It is of vital importance before making specific a treatment, to know the circumstances that surrounds to him so that he is totally effective. Then if a treatment without knowing the substances prevails to him that consume or without knowing the factors that affected the consumption, the treatment will not give the results awaited. On the other hand, the treatments must like objective (in addition to the chemical decontamination) prevent the relapses and avoid the risk factors. And for that reason same factories make activities/oriented to the information and education, as much of the family as of the patient, in whom it is possible to be applied later before the consumption (to come up that it begins to consume) and (to avoid that it falls). There is a great diversity of treatments that are effective for the drug detoxification: residential treatments, of minimum intervention, ambulatory treatments, among others. All of them directed to the rehabilitation of the patient.
