El régimen especial de los investigadores en el marco de un convenio de acogida firmado con un organismo de investigación

Abstract

En un mundo globalizado se hace precisa una normativa tendente a facilitar la circulación de los investigadores. En este contexto se necesita una política migratoria global y a esa finalidad responde la Directiva 2005/71/CE al tratar de crear un Espacio Europeo de Investigación mediante el establecimiento de una vía de admisión que facilite la acogida y movilidad de los investigadores. Nuestro ordenamiento interno acorde con la normativa comunitaria ha fijado un régimen especial de los investigadores que les facilita la permanencia en nuestro país para la realización de proyectos de investigación, en el marco de un convenio de acogida firmado con un organismo de investigación.
