Abstract

Estudia las bases del llamado Derecho Común, su origen en Bolonia en el siglo XII, su desarrollo posterior en toda Europa, su disolución en el siglo XVIII, la aparición del Derecho Comparado y finalmente de un nuevo Derecho Común: el de las Comunidades Europeas.
