Guía para el control de ejecución de revestimientos cerámicos

Abstract

El presente documento constituye la justificación del trabajo realizado como Proyecto Final del Grado de Arquitectura Técnica, en el que se ha elaborado una Guía para el control de ejecución de revestimientos cerámicos. Este proyecto se ha realizado dentro del programa de Aula Cerámica, convenio que mantiene el departamento de Ingeniería Mecánica y Construcción con ASCER (asociación de fabricantes de revestimientos y pavimentos cerámicos) y ha sido tutelado por D. Juan José Palencia, experto en calidad de la edificación y profesor de la Universitat Jaume I. En primer lugar se describen las causas que han motivado la elaboración de la Guía, evidenciando la necesidad en el sector de un documento que facilite el control en el proceso de ejecución de los revestimientos cerámicos, y en definitiva, conseguir una mejora en la calidad de los revestimientos cerámicos. A continuación se citan los documentos y referencias consultadas para su redacción, la estructura de los contenidos del documento, así como el procedimiento que se ha seguido para configurar esta Guía. Se adjunta como documento anexo a la justificación del proyecto la propia Guía de control de ejecución de revestimientos cerámicos, en la cual se definen, a parte de los contenidos propios del documento, las indicaciones para su uso y aplicación.

This document constitutes the justification of work done as a Final Grade Project of Building Engineering Degree, which has developed a guide for controlling execution of tiles. This project was carried out within the Aula Ceramica program , agreement that keeps the department of Mechanical Engineering and Construction with ASCER ( association of manufacturers of wall and floor ceramic tiles) and has been mentored by D. Juan Jose Palencia, an expert in building quality and professor at the Universitat Jaume I. Firstly, we describe the causes that have led to the development of the Guide, showing the need in the area of a document to facilitate the control in the implementation process of ceramic, and ultimately, to achieve an improvement in the quality of ceramic claddings. Then, we cite the documents and references that have been consulted to draft the structure of the document's contents as well as the procedure to be followed to configure this Guide. Finally, is attached as an annex to the project justification the Guide for controlling the execution of ceramic tiles, which defines not only the proper contents of the document, but the indications for its use and application.
