La evolución institucional del Consejo Europeo: la afirmación de una identidad política y jurídica original

Abstract

[ES]La evolución institucional del Consejo Europeo tiene varias formas, por un lado esta evolución puede ser lenta y supone que algunos aspectos de los caracteres e identidad tarden en determinarse. Por otro lado, esta evolución puede desarrollarse de manera continua. La idea de evolución institucional evoca un movimiento que desemboca sobre cambios y mutaciones. En esta tesis, este análisis implicará el análisis de las manifestaciones y consecuencias actuales y futuras de esta evolución institucional sobre el Consejo Europeo.

[EN]The institutional evolution of the European Council has several forms, on the one hand this development can be slow and requires that some aspects of the character and identity to be determined later. On the other hand, this development can be developed continuously. The idea of institutional evolution evokes a movement which opens on changes and mutations. In this thesis, this discussion will involve the analysis of the manifestations and consequences of the current and future institutional developments on the European Council.
