El modelo de empresa plural desde el enfoque de los skateholders

Abstract

The aim of this work is to defend the enterprise model underlying the

stakeholders approach due to the fact that it is a conception that places the goal

and its nature on a par with society and the individuals and groups that make it

possible. This is especially so because, as will be shown here, behind the theory

of stakeholders there is a model of management of business organisations that

contemplates its ethical and organisational aspects at all times and at the same

time. This trait of the stakeholders approach is always stressed by R. Edward

Freeman, who is acknowledged as the person who inspired this plural enterprise

model.
