dc.description.abstract	According to the title, this article tries to show the intimate connection between popular culture and language. The first part is a short methodological introduction of this connection through, mainly, the school of Worter un Sachen and its followers in the Romania in general and our Filology in particular. The second part analizes, from the folkloric point of view, the danced balls from la Todolella and Peñíscola. At the end there is a ¡iule commented vocabulary of the dances and balls.	en
