I) el De duodecim diebus ueneris, un text menor on es prescriuen els dotze divendres de l’any en què hom ha de dejunar. A més de la coneguda existència de les versions italiana i anglesa, hi ha constància de la difusió medieval de l’obreta en català. En aquest estudi se n’inventarien set testimonis (un dels quals perdut), que reporten sufi cients diferències textuals i de contingut per considerar- los independents. Es tracta, per tant, d’un exemple clar de les denominades traduccions “quotidianes” o d’ús, en aquest cas d’un text religiós breu
dc.description.abstractSince the first centuries of Christianity, De duodecim diebus ueneris has been ascribed to Clement of Rome (1st century); this minor text states the twelve annual Fridays when one has to fast. Apart from the known Italian and English versions, there is evidence of the mediaeval spreading of that short work in Catalan. In this study, seven witnesses are gathered (although one is lost), showing enough textual and content differences to consider them as independent.
