Análisis de la vinculación de los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible 2030 en los planes de inclusión social de las Comunidades Autónomas y provincias de España

Abstract

La planificación para el desarrollo territorial, es un proceso de análisis de la situación actual y plantearse un modelo de desarrollo a implementar, utilizando políticas y estrategias de territorio nacional como es Plan Nacional de Acción para la Inclusión Social del Reino de España 2013-2016 establecidas previamente; es el caso del territorio español, donde se establecen de manera participativa estrategias nacionales. En este trabajo se analizan los Planes de Inclusión Social PIS españolas de las comunidades autónomas y sus provincias, establecidas por parte de sus gobiernos locales para atender a los grupos de prioritaria atención o grupos vulnerables, como son los niños, mujeres, migrantes, discapacitados, adultos mayores o ancianos, mujeres embarazadas y grupos de minoría étnica. Mediante el programa informático Mendeley, y con el apoyo del Instituto Interuniversitario de Desarrollo Local IDLL, se logra realizar este trabajo denominado: ANÁLISIS DE LA VINCULACIÓN DE LOS OBJETIVOS DE DESARROLLO SOSTENIBLE 2030 EN LOS PLANES DE INCLUSIÓN SOCIAL DE LAS COMUNIDADES AUTONOMAS Y PROVINCIAS DE ESPAÑA. Siendo los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible ODS, metas mundiales que todo gobierno local, provincial o nacional debe apuntalar a cumplirlas mediante sus planificaciones y establecimientos de estrategias participativas, y de manera importante; Planes que consideren presupuestos para la ejecución de dichos planes en de la Agenda 2030.

Planning for territorial development is a process of analyzing the current situation and considering a development model to be implemented, using policies and strategies of the national territory, such as the National Action Plan for Social Inclusion of the Kingdom of Spain 2013-2016 previously; This is the case of the Spanish territory, where national strategies are established in a participatory manner. This paper analyzes the Spanish SIP Social Inclusion Plans of the autonomous communities and their provinces, established by their local governments to attend priority care groups or vulnerable groups, such as children, women, migrants, the disabled, elderly or elderly people, pregnant women and ethnic minority groups. Through the Mendeley computer program, and with the support of the IDLL Interuniversity Institute for Local Development, this work is accomplished called: ANALYSIS OF THE LINKAGE OF THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS 2030 IN THE SOCIAL INCLUSION PLANS OF THE AUTONOMOUS COMMUNITIES AND PROVINCES OF SPAIN. The Sustainable Development Goals being the SDGs, global goals that every local, provincial or national government must support to fulfill them through its planning and establishment of participatory strategies, and in an important way; Plans that consider budgets for the execution of said plans in the 2030 Agenda.
