Evaluación de riesgos psicosociales en una cooperativa

Abstract

Al final de mí formación en el grado de RRLL y RRHH, y de haberme documentado sobre los riegos psicosociales que se están produciendo a mayor escala en la actual sociedad, he querido tratar este tema en el siguiente trabajo; el cual presenta los diferentes riesgos psicosociales y las causas que se pueden producir en el entorno laboral más concretamente en una cooperativa, ámbito del que no se suele investigar de igual manera que otras empresas, mostrando las consecuencias que se pueden producir. De esta manera, realizando un estudio de casos el objetivo de este trabajo sería el de proponer un método que pudiese detectar y evitar, si es el caso, diferentes riesgos psicosociales que puedan aparecer en la empresa.

At the end of the training in the degree of RRLL and RRHH, and having documented the psychosocial risks that are occurring on a larger scale in today's society, this is the topic that I would like to address; which presents the different psychosocial risks and the causes that can occur in the workplace more specifically in a cooperative, an area that can not be investigated in the same way as other companies, showing the consequences that can occur. In this way, carrying out a case study, the objective of this work is to propose a method that could detect and avoid, if it is the case, the different psychosocial risks that appear in the company.
