La cooperación internacional española en el ámbito bucodental

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene por objetivo conocer la presencia y la proyección de la cooperación internacional española en el ámbito bucodental. En este momento existen muchas asociaciones españolas sin ánimo de lucro trabajando en este sector y prestando atención bucodental a miles de personas a nivel mundial, que tienen como objetivo final perseguir el bienestar integral de las comunidades más desfavorecidas, excluidas y marginadas, trabajando en programas de salud y desarrollo global sostenible, a través de proyectos de salud bucodental. Los resultados de este estudio muestran que la cooperación internacional española en el ámbito bucodental esta presente en más de 35 países atraves de diversos proyectos, prestanto atención dental a miles de pacientes por año.

The main objective of this master degree program is to know the presence and projection of Spanish international cooperation in the oral health field. Nowadays there are several Spanish non-profit associations working in this field who are providing oral attention to thousands of people worldwide with their ultimate goal of achieving the integral well-being of the most disadvantaged, excluded and marginalized communities. In order to achieve it, they work in some health and sustainable global development programs, through oral health projects. The results of this study show that international cooperation in the field of oral Spanish is present in more than 35 countries through various projects, providing dental care to thousands of patients a year.
