The corporate reputation of a company and the importance of
effectively
managing it become
crucial in
our
current
globalized
digital world.
This research aims to conduct an analysis on the
corporate re
putation of the ceramic company Pamesa Cerámica as well as
on its online
communication practices
through social
media
platforms
in order to provide
suggestions
that
may enhance the
success of the
firm’s strategy. At the same time, the present study seeks to
evaluate the quality of these communication practices concerning their cont
ribution to the
development of
the firm’s reputation.

n order to determine whether the organization is properly
conve
ying its core values through the use of their social
networks
, the corporate dimensions
proposed by
the RepTrack® System
