Una decisión justo a tiempo como resultado de la ley de sincronicidad

Abstract

This master's degree, it has been for me neither a coincidence nor product of the hazard, if not that has been the result of "the law of the Synchronicity ". (This one determines that "everything what happens has an intention "). I complement this law with a concept, which was very fashionable in the field of the production, in the 80s, (I took a pair of obligatory courses in this area in the stage professional of my studies of Industrial Engineering, in my fatherland, Colombia); The just in time (Just inTime, in English); but without using its meaning of a philosophy tied to the continuous improvement of a system of production, if not to the literary translation of its two words: Just to of the lat. Justus. That is precise or suitable; and the meaning of Time, as: station, period, epoch, stage, period, phase. I chose to join these two concepts, career referred to one of the most motivating experiences in me: The Master's degree in Psychology of the Work of the Organizations and of the Human resource: A decision Just in Time as result of the law of sincronicidad. The target of this work is the reflection on the competitions acquired along the Master's degree, a comparison of the level that we had and the one that now we possess after having achieved a level of knowledge and experiences thanks to the effort, the perseverance, the patience and the dedicaciòn and obviously with the help of excellent professionals who have transmitted their own knowledge and experience to us. I hope by means of this work, to make reflected everything what it has meant, it has left this Master's degree to me and as I turn out to be projected professionally.

El estudio de este master no ha sido para mí una casualidad ni producto del azar, ha sido el resultado de "La ley de la sincronicidad", la cual determina que todo lo que ocurre tiene un propósito. Esta ley se complementa con un concepto, que estuvo de moda en el área de la producción en los años 80 (tomé un par de cursos obligatorios en esta área durante mis estudios de Ingeniería Industrial en Colombia, mi país de origen); El justo a tiempo (Just in time, en inglés); pero no utilizando su acepción de una filosofía ligada al mejoramiento continuo de un sistema de producción, sino a la traducción literal de sus dos palabras, justo: del lat. Justus. Que es preciso o adecuado; y el significado de Tiempo, como: época, etapa, periodo. Opté por unir estos dos conceptos, para referirme a una de las experiencias más motivadoras en mí carrera profesional y que fuera el título de este trabajo: “El Master en Psicología del Trabajo de las Organizaciones y del Recurso Humano: Una decisión Justo a Tiempo como resultado de la ley de sincronicidad”. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es mostrar las competencias adquiridas a lo largo del Máster, estableciendo una comparación entre el nivel que tenía antes del estudio del programa y el que resulta luego de adquiridos los conocimientos en el mismo. Esto se logra gracias al esfuerzo, la perseverancia, la paciencia, la dedicación y obviamente a la ayuda de excelentes profesionales que nos han transmitido sus propios conocimientos y experiencia. Espero por medio de este trabajo, dejar reflejado todo lo que significó el Master para mí y como me veo proyectada profesionalmente.
