dc.description.abstract | In the past, diseases were cured with natural compounds from plants, but today, almost all diseases like a headache or to treat a cancer are made by drugs synthesized from those compounds that came from nature. There are a wide variety of drugs, so we will only focus on no- steroidal drugs that are used as an anti-inflammatory drugs, such as ibuprofen, naproxen, etc. In this work we will try to deepen in the obtaining some of these non-steroidal drugs from epoxysulfones, which are important building block in the organic chemistry due to their reactivity.
