| dc.description.abstract | Purpose: Document´s purpose is to research and dig in about the shared leadership concept, which has been acquiring a great relevance these days. Through a theoretical revision, we will explain the concept of shared leadership, compare it with other leadership styles, analyze the different antecedents and consequences and the way to measure shared leadership at the teams. Design / Methodology / Focus: The document references the actual scientist literature, contents we can find at Jaume I university database. Findings: These years, leadership has been exposed to changes looking for a common leadership, so the employees can divide responsibilities and find satisfaction at work.
