Si me das la oportunidad jamás me rechazarás: Plan de detección e intervención del rechazo entre iguales

Abstract

This work aims to analyze particularities of peer rejection answering to this problem in a contextual way. Unfortunately, nowadays, rejection is a common phenomenon, where the subject is not allowed to have a property social development, due to both internal and external factors, and if it is not intervened soon, in the future could bring on irreparable psychological problems. The methodology used in this research is based on three pillars. In the first place, sociometry is used to prove the existence of a rejected subject and then, it is used a baseline with the disruptive behaviors which are established. After that, there is a program for all students called The Monster who wanted to be green, which combines different cognitive behavioral techniques. Finally, through the results that are obtained on a new sociometric test, and a comparison with the baseline, it is concluded that the rejected student has ceased to be, reducing the number of negative nominations by 50%. It is concluded that it is necessary to carry out more studies related to rejection in the stage of Early Childhood Education due to the lack of them to check the importance of acting against this phenomenon as sooner as possible.

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo conocer y analizar las particularidades del rechazo entre iguales y tratar de dar respuesta al mismo desde una perspectiva contextual. El rechazo es un fenómeno desgraciadamente muy extendido que se basa en un estado en el que al sujeto se le niega la oportunidad de tener un desarrollo social pleno, lo cual es debido tanto a factores internos como externos. Se trata de un hecho que, a la larga, si no se interviene, puede ocasionar problemas psicológicos irreparables. La metodología llevada a cabo en esta investigación se fundamenta en tres pilares. En primer lugar, se utiliza la sociometría para dictaminar la existencia de un sujeto rechazado y se establece una línea base con los comportamientos disruptivos a analizar. A continuación, se lleva a cabo un programa para todo el alumnado llamado El monstruo que quería ser verde que combina diferentes técnicas cognitivas de conducta. Finalmente, a través de los resultados y por medio de un nuevo test sociométrico y una comparativa con la línea base, se concluye que el alumno rechazado en cuestión ha dejado de serlo disminuyendo el número de nominaciones negativas en un 50%. No obstante, es necesario realizar más estudios relacionados con el rechazo en la etapa de Educación Infantil debido a la inexistencia de los mismos para comprobar la importancia de actuar contra este fenómeno cuanto más pronto mejor.
