Cuantificación y análisis del estilo comunicativo de dos entrenadores de fútbol base

Abstract

Este estudio se centra en la importancia de la comunicación de los entrenadores hacia sus jugadores en la iniciación deportiva o en el deporte base. Para ello, se han llevado a cabo dos estudios de caso único en los que se analizan los estilos comunicacionales de dos entrenadores de fútbol de la categoría benjamín. Se utilizó una metodología observacional (con un solo observador). Para aumentar la fiabilidad se realizaron grabaciones con cámaras Go Pro y arneses de los tres partidos de cada entrenador, para llevar a cabo la visualización posterior de cada partido y analizarlo más detenidamente. La cuantificación y análisis del estilo comunicacional de los dos entrenadores se llevó a cabo mediante el Coaching Behavior Assessment System (CBAS). También se llevó a cabo una valoración cualitativa del estilo general de cada entrenador. Tras el análisis de los datos cuantitativos y cualitativos, se planifica un asesoramiento individualizado posterior con cada entrenador, para conseguir hacerlos conscientes de su tipo de comunicación con los jugadores y analizar si se podrían optimizar más cosas a partir de este asesoramiento de toma de conciencia. El trabajo constará de la introducción y el planteamiento de los casos (con sus estrategias de evaluación e intervención y resultados observados) para finalizar con las conclusiones y una posible propuesta de intervención. Se describe todo lo observado durante el estudio y también se añade al final las posibles futuras líneas de investigación que se proponen, así como las limitaciones que ha tenido este estudio, las cuales se han intentado minimizar en la medida de las posibilidades.

This study is based on the importance of communicating coaches to their players in sports initiation or in the sport base. So, we have planned a two unique case design. Considering that the methodology is observational, to make a little more reliable (because there was a single observer), it was caught with two cameras Go Pro and two harnesses three matches of each coach, so each match could be watch later and it analyze more in detail. This quantification and analysis of the communication style of the two trainers was carried out by the Coaching Behavior Assessment System (CBAS). In addition to the quantification and the detailed description of the data obtained also we made a detailed analysis of the content of the videos of the matches (also with a single judge). A more qualitative evaluation of the general communicational style of each one was done by analyzing the videos of the matches more in detail. So that with the quantification and the most qualitative assessment that is done in this work, you can plan a later individualized counseling with each coach, to make them aware of their type of communication with the players. And in the same way, analyze and optimize more things from this awareness counseling. The work will have the introduction and the approach of the cases (with the strategies of evaluation and intervention and the observed results) and finally their conclusions. It describes everything observed during the study and also adds at the end possible future lines of research that are proposed, also the limitations of this study, which have been tried to minimize the maximum possible.
