Modificación de conducta en un niño con TDAH de educación primaria

Abstract

El TDAH es un trastorno del neurodesarrollo que se caracteriza por tener una sintomatología central: Hiperactividad, Inatención e Impulsividad. Por ello, los niños que poseen dicho trastorno, muestran problemas de rendimiento escolar. En el estudio llevado a cabo, se interviene en la modificación de la conducta de un niño con TDAH a través de la metodología denominada: Tarjeta- Casa escuela. Consiste en establecer una serie de conductas-objetivo; las conductas escogidas son aquellas que se pretende que el sujeto repita de forma frecuente. Si las conductas son realizadas correctamente, el alumnado es premiado en casa por aquello que ha hecho en la escuela. En el estudio, se puede observar cómo se han producido progresos al aplicar dicha metodología para modificar la conducta del sujeto. De hecho, podemos destacar gracias a los resultados del estudio, la efectividad de la intervención cognitivo-conductual en un niño poseedor del TDAH.

ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder that is characterized by a central symptoms: hyperactivity, inattention and impulsivity. Therefore children who have ADHD, show problems of school performance. In the study conducted, intervention in modifying the behavior of a child with ADHD through the so-called methodology: card - House school. It consists of a set of target-behaviors; selected behaviors are those intended to subject repeated frequently. If the behaviors are performed correctly, student is awarded home by what he did at school. In the study, you can see how there have been progress in applying this methodology to modify the behavior of the subject. In fact, we can highlight due to the results of the study, the effectiveness of the intervention cognitive-behaviour in a holder of the ADHD child.
