7 años, 2 meses y muchos aprendizajes por el camino

Abstract

Este Trabajo es fruto de la reflexión y análisis realizada después de haber cursado el Master de Psicología del Trabajo, de las organizaciones y de los Recursos Humanos. Con la peculiaridad de que para finalizar este han pasado 7 años desde su inicio. Para realizar este trabajo he analizado las competencias adquiridas durante el estudio del master, haciendo una comparación entre el nivel previo (antes de empezar los estudios del master) como a nivel posterior (después de la realización del master). El trabajo está estructurado en 4 bloques, donde en cada uno de ellos se analiza diferente información. En el primero se presentan las asignaturas que se realizaron durante el master, en el segundo analiza la evolución de las competencias adquiridas durante el estudio del master, en el tercero hago una valoración personal y en último punto analizo como influirá el master en mi futuro profesional.

This work is the result of the analysis and reflection done after taking the Master Degree in work Psychology, the organizations and the human resources. The particularity of this is that it has been 7 years since I began it. In order to write this work I have analyzed the skills acquired since the beginning of the Master Degree, making a comparison between the knowledge at the beginning (before starting the Master Degree) and after (after the end of the Master Degree). The work is structured in 4 parts, in each one different information is analyzed. In the first one the subjects done while studying the master degree are presented, in the second one the evolution of the acquired skills is analyzed, in the third one I make a personal evaluation and in the last part I analyze how this Master Degree is going to influence my professional future
