Situation analysis of cultural tourism in Spain focused on artistic heritage-museum

Abstract

With this work it is to analyze the environment related to cultural tourism in Spain and make a diagnosis on the current situation and future trend for power after the evaluation undertake measures to improve products and make them more attractive to the target customer. Main objective of this research is to make a diagnosis on cultural tourism, focusing on Spanish territory and in the artistic and museum field and having as object of study, a sector largely unknown population but also to mark future trends constitute the target audience in a short period of time, as in the case of minors between 5 and 15 years. Thus research will focus on observing the current situation of Spanish museums and the opinions of these young people with regard to museums and art. Secondary objectives are increasing the number of visits to cultural and artistic mainly motivation. As well as improve the perception that a sector of the public, young people have about museums and art, and raising awareness of the importance of this and future loyal customers forming. Another objective is to create an awareness of the importance of art and its conservation and care in order to achieve sustainability and a balance between tourism and art.
