En la actualidad, existe un gran consenso entre psicólogos y profesionales del marketing acerca de la importancia de las emociones tanto en la toma de decisiones para adquirir un determinado producto o servicio como en la lealtad de estos hacia las marcas. En el presente Trabajo Final de Grado se realiza un análisis bibliográfico sobre los aportes de la psicología al marketing considerando el rol que las emociones tienen en éste. Para ello, se empieza haciendo una definición de los conceptos de consumo, consumismo, marketing y psicología del consumidor. A continuación se procede al repaso de las principales teorías que estudian el comportamiento del consumidor, como son las teorías del aprendizaje, las teorías motivacionales y las teorías cognitivas. Posteriormente, se habla acerca del destacado papel de las emociones dentro del ámbito comercial en el siglo XXI y sobre los nuevos paradigmas y estrategias en los que el marketing utiliza las emociones para captar nuevos clientes y fidelizar los que la empresa ya tenía, como son el Marketing Emocional y el Branding Emocional. Después, se comenta brevemente la última tendencia en el estudio de la psicología del consumidor: el neuromarketing. Ya por último se define el código ético del marketing junto con sus características y se realiza una conclusión y una reflexión personal. [-]

At present, a big consensus exists between psychologists and professionals of the marketing about the importance of the emotions in the decision making to acquire a certain product or service as in the allegiance of these towards the marks. In the present Final Work of Grade there is realized a bibliographical analysis of the contributions of the psychology to the marketing and the roll that the emotions have in this one. For it, it starts by doing a definition of the concepts of consumption, consumerism, marketing and consumer psychology. Next a revision of the principal theories that study the consumers’ behavior is done, like the learning theories, the motivational theories and the cognitive theories. Later, it speaks about the out-standing role of the emotions in the commercial ambience in the XXIst century and on the new paradigms and strategies in that marketing uses the emotions to get new clients and to make faithful those that the company already had, like the Emotional Marketing and the Emotional Branding. Then, is briefly commented the last tendency in the study of the consumer
psychology: the neuromarketing. Finally the ethical code of the marketing is defined together with his characteristics and a conclusion and a personal reflection is realized. [-]
