dc.description.abstractProposal: The end of this essay is to identify and to show the importance of quality's social aspects on public organizations. Thus, the present document first shows the quality evolution referring to its different approaches and the authors that have made a bigger input to it. The document will later show a distinction between the key bearings of quality, the “soft” and “hard” aspects. After an in-depth analysis of soft aspects and of different quality models on the document, those soft aspects will be applied on the EFQM model to a public organization showing their agreement. Design / Methodology: This document is based on a theoretical review of quality, focusing on “soft” and “hard” aspects. Furthermore, the European excellence model will be applied to a public organization. Findings: Concepts that are part of the Soft aspect. Evaluating these concepts at the Faculty of Economics, we were able to determine their degree of commitment to them. With this study we can conclude that the commitment of the organization is near excellence at soft aspects.ca_CA
