La policía local: régimen y organización: especial referencia a La Vall D'Uixó

Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda la seguridad a nivel nacional que ofrecen las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad, aportando conocimiento de la estructura y funcionamiento tanto de la Policía Nacional como de la Guardia Civil pero centrándose en el ámbito local, es decir, el principal objetivo ha sido establecer una relación entre la entidad local de la Policía con la población. Por ello se ha intentado indagar en los orígenes del cuerpo, tanto a nivel nacional como autonómico, con el principal objetivo de dar a conocer las principales funciones que le vienen establecidas por ley a la Policía Local, así como su organización, no olvidando que se trata de un cuerpo jerarquizado. Para ello ha sido imprescindible, analizar sus puntos fuertes y débiles, de manera que se puedan aplicar a su actuación real y a la sociedad actual, pudiendo aportar mejoras en un futuro. Una vez, se llega a hablar de la Policía Local en nuestra Comunidad, se dará explicación a funciones más específicas que ésta realiza, bien por que se le atribuye por ley, o bien por la creación de nuevos grupos policiales que han decidido realizar tareas que impliquen una labor más cercana al ciudadano, como es el caso de la Policía de Proximidad, de la que se tratará en el caso de la localidad de Vall d'Uixó, puesto que ha sido creado recientemente. Como objetivo principal del trabajo, ya que cualquier cuerpo de seguridad trabaja en beneficio del ciudadano o para proteger su bienestar se ha querido obtener, por parte de los ciudadanos una valoración a dichos cuerpos policiales, haciendo hincapié en la Policía Local.

The present work approaches the national safety that the Forces and Corps of Security offer, contributing knowledge of the structure and functioning both of the National Police and of the Civil Guard centring on the local area, that is to say, on the principal aim has been to establish a relation between the local authority of the Police with the society. By it it has tried to investigate in the origins of the corp, so much on the national level like autonomous, by the principal aim to announce the principal functions that him come established by law to the City police, as well as his organization, not forgetting that treats itself about an organized into a hierarchy corp. For it it has been indispensable, to analyze his weak and strong points, so that they could to be applied to his real action and to the current company, being able to contribute improvements in a future. Once, it manages to speak of the City police in our Community, one will give explanation to functions more specific that this one realizes, well for that it assumes to him for law, or for the creation of new police groups that have decided to realize tasks that imply a nearest labor to the citizen, since it is the case of the Police of Proximity, about which it will treat itself in case of Vall d'Uixó's locality, since it has been created recently. As principal aim of the work, since any corp of safety is employed at benefit of the citizen or to protect his well-being it has wanted to be obtained, on the part of the citizens a valuation to the above mentioned police services, emphasizing in the City police.
