Comparativa de las diferentes técnicas y programas de intervención con menores infractores

Abstract

Dada la necesidad de encontrar aquellas intervenciones que ayuden a los menores infractores a lograr su reeducación y resocialización, este trabajo se plantea como análisis de este fenómeno abordando las diversas técnicas y programas de intervención que están siendo empleadas con los menores infractores para ver si disponemos de adecuados mecanismos de intervención. Pretende ser una revisión crítica sobre estas intervenciones utilizando una metodología argumentativa y crítica señalando tanto las características como las ventajas e inconvenientes que presentan. Tras la investigación realizada, serán aportadas además de las correspondientes conclusiones unas propuestas de mejora a efectos de ayudar tanto a reducir como a prevenir la delincuencia juvenil. Para ello, el trabajo se estructura en varias partes. Primero, se aportará una perspectiva general sobre el tema de los menores. En esta parte, se analizará la evolución de los menores infractores en la legislación penal española y se hará hincapié en el perfil del menor infractor al objeto de conocer sobre quienes recaen estas intervenciones así como también se mencionará brevemente las medidas de las que disponemos en la actualidad para adoptar con los menores infractores. Realizada esta perspectiva general, se dará paso a un ámbito más concreto y se hablará en profundidad de las diferentes técnicas y los programas de intervención utilizados con menores infractores. Para concluir, además de ser ofrecidas las conclusiones, se establecerán unas propuestas de mejora.

It is obvious that is necessary to find interventions which help the young people in conflict with the criminal law in order to achieve their reeducation and resocialization and, precisely for this reason, this investigation is proposed as an analysis of this phenomenon addressing a wide variety of techniques and programs that are being used with juvenile offenders in order to achieve their resocialization. It is intended to be a critical review of this techniques and programs using an argumentative and critical methodology indicating the characteristics of each one of them and the advantages and disadvantages derived of the information obtained. After investigation conducted, it will be offered the conclusiones and not only that, but also it will be shown a improvement suggestions so as to help and reduce the juvenile delinquence. To carry out this investigation, it has been divided into several parts. First, it will be given a general overview about young offenders. In this part, it will be analyzed the evolution of the young people in conflict with the criminal law in the Spanish penal legislation and it will also put a strong emphasis on the profile of juvenile offenders with the aim of understanding who are the juvenile offenders and of the measures that could be adopted with them. Provided this general overview, it will be offered a more specific area and it will be analyzed in depth the different techniques and programs that are used with juvenile offenders. To sum up, it will be offered the conclusions of the investigation and improvement suggestions.
