La diversidad influye en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje ya que todos los niños y niñas que pertenecen a la comunidad educativa no son iguales, es decir, cada alumno y cada alumna tiene unas características y dichas características pueden favorecer o retrasar su aprendizaje. Esta diversidad a veces supone un problema en la práctica educativa de cada tutor o tutora que está a cargo de un aula con diversidad, por eso hay que seguir unas pautas o estrategias para poder organizar y llevar a cabo una propuesta de atención a la diversidad que obtenga resultados satisfactorios tanto para todos los alumnos y alumnas, como para los docentes y para el centro. Muchas veces también influyen las actitudes que se puedan tener frente a la diversidad que pueden perjudicar o beneficiar. Un aprendizaje cooperativo donde participen todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa puede ser beneficioso para todos los alumnos y alumnas de un aula diversa [-]
