The aim of this paper is to analyze the paradoxes that crosses the role of the person
who investigates when their research is among the Participatory Action Research (PAR)
and Feminist Activist Research (IAF). Our research departs from previous research work,
El Banquete de Safo, where the creation and development dialogical gathering on media
discourse of romantic love with lesbian and bisexual women is analyzed. In conclusion,
we can say that the diversity of looks, interlocking narratives and positions that make up
the project gathering dialogic have crossed the principal investigator throughout the entire
process. This has obliged to maintain a constant balance of classical scientific demands and
the constant exercise of critical reflexivity and self-recognition of a Feminist Action Research. [-]
