dc.description.abstractThe Hedonic pricing Method allows estimating any good or heterogeneous service depending on the characteristics they are formed by. In this essay we will explain the different characteristics that can have an influence on the price of the hotel establishments in Valencia. Firstly, we will show a brief evolution of the hotel service and then we explain the different characteristics mentioned above. After clarifying the method used, supported on researches by INE and graphics that show these results, we will focus on an empiric analysis to explain the objective data obtained from gathering a sample of 72 hotels from a website. Later, we will make clear the results obtained reaching the conclusion that all the variables explained in our sample are important regarding to the price of the hotel establishment.ca_CA
