This study examined the impact of WLB and six WLB practices regarding employees’ job satisfaction. The effect of personal situation was also explored. Quantitative data were collected from 4549 private sector employees and in companies with two or more workers in Spain, demonstrated significant effects of the WLB practices and WLB over job satisfaction. Furthermore, the effect of WLB practices over the third hypothesis is confirmed, but it is not possible to conclude the same in hypothesis four, regarding the expected great effect of WLB practices on WLB families with less resources than those with more resources and hypothesis five is also rejected regarding the expected inexistent effect of day care services over those employees without children. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed. [-]
