dc.description.abstractFlexibility is every day more important for organizations due to the environmental changes. One way for organization to get that flexibility is through human resources flexibility, so this is becoming essential for organizations. The main aim of this study is to examine the effects of flexible human resources practices, specifically quantitative flexibility, on job satisfaction. We will do a literature research in order to know what have been studied until now about that relationship and then we will make an empirical study. The empirical study will consist in an analysis with the program SPSS taking the data from a survey made by the Spanish government.ca_CA
