Los docentes y su formación en la educación para la salud en las escuelas

Abstract

Desde hace mucho tiempo, la Educación para la Salud como: la Nutrición y la Alimentación, han sido temas derivados a las familias o como una asignatura más en las escuelas, o incluso en ocasiones ni como materia a estudiar. Pero para mejorar el conocimiento de la nutrición y la alimentación, no basta solo con introducir programas en los comedores o realizar un día de la fruta en los colegios, sino que, es necesario introducir y programar la nutrición en las escuelas por los mismos docentes, como un elemento más del día a día escolar, como bien muestra la UNESCO (Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura) es en la enseñanza de la nutrición, donde se expone el valor de la adquisición de las bases de la salud, para garantizar el bienestar de los infantes al largo de la vida. En este trabajo nos centramos en la importancia de la formación de los docentes en el tema de la Nutrición y la Alimentación (La Educación para la Salud). Para ello, se ha realizado una investigación en un centro de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria de Castellón de la Plana, a docentes de infantil y primaria, a través de un cuestionario. Lo que se pretende es ver la formación de los docentes en materia de salud y la transmisión de esta en la escuela.

Since a long time, the Education for the Health like: the Nutrition and the Feeding, they have been derivatives to the families or like one more subject in the schools, or even sometimes, not like subject-matter to be studied. But to improve the knowledge of the nutrition and the feeding, it is not enough to introduce only programs in the dining rooms or to realize a day of the fruit in the schools, if it is necessary to introduce and to programmed the nutrition in the schools, for the same teachers, as one more element of the day to day of school, as well it shows the UNESCO (United Nations Organization for the Education, the Science and the Culture) it is in the teaching of the nutrition, where there is exhibited the value of the acquisition of the bases of the health, to guarantee the well-being of the infants to the length of the life. In this work, we center on the importance of the formation of the teachers, in the topic of the Nutrition and the Feeding (the Education for the Health). For that, the investigation has been realized in a center of Compulsory Secondary Education, of Castellon de la Plana, to teachers of Infantile and Primary school, with a questionnaire. What is claimed is, to see the formation of the teachers on the subject of health and the transmission of this one, in the school.
