Plan de Comunicación AJEVO Racing Team

Abstract

El presente proyecto, pertenece a la modalidad B de Trabajo de Fin de Grado de Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas, referente a la elaboración de un Plan de Comunicación Integral para una empresa o institución pública. Con el siguiente trabajo pretendo realizar el Plan de Comunicación de AJEVO Racing Team, Asociación Deportiva de Motociclismo encargada de aportar los medios necesarios para que jóvenes pilotos debuten en las categorías inferiores del mundo del motociclismo. De cara a las próximas temporadas es necesario establecer un conjunto de acciones comunicativas orientadas a conseguir sus objetivos, teniendo en cuenta su entorno y las características de la asociación. Tanto en las grandes categorías como en las inferiores, como es este caso, su realidad constante es la búsqueda de patrocinios, la relación con los medios, la presencia en los eventos deportivos, etc. Por ello, la asociación quiere apostar por una buena gestión comunicativa desde su inicio dentro de sus posibilidades y reconoce la importancia que tiene la comunicación en el sector deportivo. El presente Plan de Comunicación pretende ser una herramienta útil y viable para llevar a cabo eficazmente los fines de AJEVO Racing Team y, a su vez, marcar la estrategia de comunicación que reforzará la identidad del equipo ayudando a generar una buena reputación entre sus públicos.

This project is a Final Project of the Advertising and Public Relations Degree of the option B. It is about the elaboration of a complete communication plan for an enterprise or public institution. With the next paper I intend to elaborate a communication plan for AJEVO Racing Team, a motorcycle sports association in charge of providing the necessary means for young drivers, who debut in the lower categories in the world of motorcycling. Facing the coming seasons, it is necessary to establish a set of communication actions oriented to achieve their goals, taking into account their environment and the characteristics of the association. The constant reality of both, the higher and the lower categories, is the search for sponsorships, the relationship with the media, the presence in sporting events, etc. Therefore the association has bet for good communicative management since its creation within its means and recognizes the importance of communication in the sports sector. This communication plan aims to be a useful and viable tool to carry out effectively the purposes of AJEVO Racing Team and, at the same time, establish the communication strategy that will strengthen the identity of the team helping to generate a good reputation among their public.
