This Master’s Thesis analyses the possibility of implementing an online sales channel
in Al-Farben; an industrial sector company from Castellón. After studying the products
which are commercialised by this company, the different target markets and the
possibilities of each one are also analysed.
In the final part of this project, the different steps to be followed when implementing
this online shop proposal are developed and explained. Firstly, both the environment and
the main Al-Farben competitors are analysed. Afterwards, the different strategies that
should be carried out before the implementation of the online shop are analysed. Finally,
the different technologies to be applied in the Al-Farben online shop will be studied as well
as the different processes and techniques to give value to the company. [-]
