Finalizado esto, se pasó a la implementación.; The field of Medicine and, in particular, Pharmacology has a large amount of information. In order to answer all questions about a drug, a package leaflet is presented with it, which describes all the properties of the drug. However, all the information in the package leaflet can be overwhelming, which is why there are Web portals that present the data in a more orderly and careful way. An example in Spain is CIMA which, with its REST API, allows the simple programming of APPs for the subtraction of information. In addition, there are other tools on the Web such as interconnected data, which include ontologies that define basic concepts and their meaning used to describe and represent that which is related to an area of knowledge or domain. All this information is grouped together in the so-called Linked Open Data (LOD) cloud. Thus, taking advantage of these two tools, the work will develop an Android application with which, through HTTP requests to the CIMA portal and queries to SPARQL endpoints for access to the interconnected data, it will be possible to obtain all the information related to drugs available in Spain. So, the first thing that was done was to find out how the portals and endpoints to be used worked. Once this was done, a study of the background of already developed applications with a similar theme to the one to be implemented was carried out in order to obtain their strengths and weaknesses, and a study of the background and available technology related to the LOD was also carried out. Once this was finished, we moved on to the implementation.

Optimization methods applied on convolutional neural networks can report multiple benefits in their training and inference stages. Specifically, using data-parallelism schemes on multi-GPU platforms allows decreasing the training time. Similarly, the use of compression techniques, such as pruning or quantization, permits minimizing the total number of parameters or the use of reduced precisions, which imply a reduction in the training stage at the expense of minimal performance losses.
In this work, data parallelism, pruning, and quantization techniques are leveraged, tuned, and evaluated on a set of pre-trained convolutional neural networks able to diagnose common diseases on chest X-rays. The use of these techniques on these models has demonstrated that data-parallel schemes using platforms with multiple GPUs can effectively reduce the training times provided that the batch size is correctly selected.
Similarly, pruning non-significant connections among neurons at training time can lead to a considerable reduction in the number of operations performed and model trainable parameters with negligible accuracy loss. On the other hand, quantification-based techniques, such as quantification-aware training, permit an even lower memory usage and training times compared to pruning-based approaches; however, their use may carry negative effects on the classification results.

In the eld of mental health, this contextual information is vital for the treatment of mental disorders. However, this information cannot always be obtained with the required precision and frecuency requirements |which may vary while the data is being gathered| using the systems provided by the mobile devices.
This document shows the developed work in the context on the SyMptOMSproject, which investigates smartphones' capabilities to be used for psycological applications for patients with mental disorders. The performed work consists of the development of a context aware activiry detection system for the tracking and monitoring of mental disorders patients. The system has been developed using the multiplatform developement framework NativeScript, although the iOS implementation is out of the scope of the work. This system allows to use the provided recognition mechanisms by the Android operative system, which work at a determined recognizement frecuency and with limited activities. This is not enought for patient tracking. To solve this, the system allows to use an own neural network based system, which has a higher recognizement frecuency and is able to identify any kind of activity as long as it has been trained. Moreover, the system is able to use these systems based on user's context, adapting itself to the tracking requirements in each moment.
The performance of the own model and the system has been tested by simulating an use case of an agoraphobia patient, with the objective that the system employed the most suitable recognition mechanism based on contextual information. Results show that the prediciton model has good results both with test data and with real data, and that the context aware activity detection system uses the reconizing systems based on the user's context according how the system has been con gured.
