There are three major challenges behind this work, the main to make known the imperative need to recover ethics, the second, to raise awareness in the most productive way you can, which could be in Nietzschean way, with lightning and thunder to wake the minds of lazy and sleepy, and the third challenge, to act, to give practical proposals, because if not all our time stays in wet paper.
Thus we must justify why it is a priority objective for both society and organizations to integrate ethics in a sustainable and applied way.
I have considered it important and necessary, from my perspective and my background, to divide the research into two macro studies, the vision of the planet and the vision of the organizations. For my justification I have based myself on results-based studies, my 20 years of experience as a professional and a restless and curious person, in the experiences and wisdom of the philosophers who have helped and inspired me to do this work, and in Jesus Christ , more than a superman for me, who always accompanies me, especially in times of difficulties and encourages me to keep going, when the road becomes narrow, steep and long.
The opinion of the current situation of the planet, according to my criterion and study, is that the current situation of the planet is in a critical state, fundamentally because there are powerful people unscrupulous criticism, the gradual and irreversible destruction of the environment, distribution of resources that makes the half-world figuratively starve to death and the other means of excess, because there are a multitude of people, living in their comfort zone doing nothing about it, who are complicit in allowing evil , because immoral behavior is encouraged as many of them remain unpunished, because people feel powerless and many have lost confidence in politics or in politics or in the system. That is why it is a priority, urgent and very important to act, and our proposal is integrating ethics in society. But how?. After two years of reflection, travel and self-absorption I can answer the how.
From this work we propose to integrate ethics into society through an ethical, non-profit-making foundation that looks at all the aspects that make critical the situation of the planet, that integrates the greatest number of people possible from their possibilities, and from ethical and social responsibility, and duty as guests of a borrowed house.
Ethical Smileee Foundation, which will link ethics through Health, Environment, Innovation, Light, Consumer Ethics, Eradication of Poverty and Eradication of Discrimination, Ambitious, but possible. Methodology:. Awakening minds!
On the other hand, following the metaphor of Plato's theory of souls, organizations are centered on the body and not on the soul; however, the soul is the most excellent part, the one that guides towards immortality, towards the sustainability of the organization, towards justice and nobility, towards trust, toward a better world, toward a sustainable planet. Do not forget that organizations are rented in this house, our land, our planet, and therefore, must be required to fulfill a contract. And he who does not fulfill is cast. From this perspective, as we will see in the work, the opinion of the current situation of organizations, in an 80/20 we could say that, organizations are soulless, fundamentally, to be obsessed to earn money, to do exclusively what they demand the authorities or the clients, not the laws, to appear good image, to obtain the certificates of sufficient management systems to help them achieve the above mentioned priorities.
For all this, we consider that the integration of an ethical management system in all organizations is necessary. From this work we propose that this management system must be certifiable and sustainable and with indicators of the results.
We propose the Ethical Way SIGETIC model of sustainable ethical management system for organizations, in principle that is sustainable, self-controllable, transparent and quantifiable, so that organizations can demonstrate to their employees, employees, customers, suppliers and society in general that are meeting the requirements set out in the proposed regulatory framework and have a strategic plan in terms of business ethics and social responsibility that they intend to meet and implement in their organization.
For an organization to be sustainable over time, it must be based on trust. But for the Organization to be ethical, it will have to be in the first place the top management, which are those that mark the management policy of the company, and from them, it will have to be all the members that compose it.
However, it is essential, both for society and for organizations, to establish a methodology for integrating ethics into society and into organizations, as we already have a considerable impact on society and, therefore, on our future and that of our descendants, on our planet.
From this TFM of ethics and democracy I have proposed two proposals to integrate ethics in society and in organizations, according to my possibilities, training, preparation and skills, knowing that the challenge is great, but also the desire.
