This study is focused on micro, small and medium companies (SMEs) which are in
Bogota – Colombia, city in which most of these companies are concentrated in Colombia,
with a total of 740.069 SMEs. The main objective of this study is to determine how
companies manage the relationship with their clients how they collect and process the
information they obtain from them and how effective they are in that process.
